All news clients must begin with the Complimentary Discovery Call. If you have already had your Complimentary Discovery Call or you are a returning client, book your preferred sessions.
Bookings that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice for psychotherapy services and less than 7 days’ notice for assessments, may attract a late cancellation fee. Payment options include e-transfer at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment or cash or cheque at the time of your appointment.

Hello, my name is Amanda Kellman. I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist and I am passionate about helping pre- and primary school-aged children, adolescents, parents and families, and young adults (college or university students, young professionals) learn how to identify helpful and unhelpful behaviours, become sensitive to the process of coping, and improve self-esteem. The majority of my practice focuses on ADHD, behaviour disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other conditions that affect youth’s learning, behaviour, and emotions. My therapeutic approach is integrative, individualised, engaging, and flexible so that I address each client’s specific needs and preferences. You can expect me to draw on different theoretical approaches including Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Child-Centred Play Therapy, and Filial Family Therapy.
